- About Time (all natural 100%) Whey Protein Isolate
5 scoops About Time cinnamon swirl protein or About Time vanilla protein
3/4 cup water (1 cup for pancakes)
3/4 cup fresh blueberries or frozen
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon Pure Via
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon aluminum free baking powder
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add cottage cheese and blend with a fork.
Add egg and water, stir to batter consistency.
Add blueberries. Fold in.
Use a 1/4 measuring cup to scoop waffle batter into preheated waffle iron.
Cook about 1 minute or until center is cooked through.
For pancakes, use 1 cup of water instead of 3/4 cup. Preheat skillet and spray with a non-stick spray. Use a 1/4 measuring cup to scoop batter. Cook pancakes approx. 1 minute then flip, cook until center is cooked through.
Batter yields 7 waffles of pancakes.
